What will my Receivables update tell me?

Your Receivables update will let you know the total value of customer invoices that you currently have. If you have any overdue invoices, you will be also hear some suggestions to help with the collection of these.

(Note, you need to be using Xero's system accounts receivable, to receive a receivables update)

How much detail does Tania provide on my customer invoices that are due to be received?

Tania will tell you the total value of your customer invoices that are not yet due for to be received.  You can then choose to have Tania provide you a short term view for the next 4 weeks, as follows:

  • 7 days or less   (customer invoices due to be received in the next week)
  • 8 to 14 days   (customer invoices due to be received in 2 weeks)
  • 15 to 21 days   (customer invoices due to be received in 3 weeks)
  • 22 to 28 days   (customer invoices due to be received in 4 weeks)

How much detail does Tania provide on my overdue customer invoices?

Tania will tell you the total value of your overdue customer invoices.  You can then choose to have Tania break that down into the overdue aged buckets of:

  • 30 days or less   (customer invoices overdue by less than 1 month)
  • 31 to 60 days   (customer invoices overdue by more than 1 month, but less than 2 months)
  • 61 to 90 days   (customer invoices overdue by more than 2 months, but less than 3 months)
  • 91+ days   (customer invoices overdue by more than 3 months)

Tania's main focus on overdue customer invoices is providing you with suggested actions to help you receive payment from your customers for the overdue invoices.
