      How do I stop Tania from having access to our organisation?

      Revoking access

      For Tania-Chat

      1. Navigate to Tania website

      2. Click 'Tania Chat Login' at the top centre of the Home page (Tania portal to Xero will load)

      3. Click 'Revoke organization'.

      4.  All access to your organisation will be removed.

       

      For Tania-Voice

      1. Go to the Tania Portal

      2. Click on the organisation you would like to revoke access for. 

      3. Click 'revoke the selected organisation'.

      4. All access to your organisation will be removed.
