Fast Tracking Selections for Tania-Voice

How to fast-track to your selected organisation

1. Activate Alexa from your Alexa device or phone.
2. Say “Alexa, open Tania”.
3. Say “your security code” (i.e. “12345”) back to Alexa.
4. Alexa checks code for verification.
5. When asked “do you want to listen to an update from the current organization”, say No.
6. Alexa will then list all the organizations you have access to in Xero.
7. To make a selection, say “Alexa, (followed by the number) 1, 2, 3” etc at any time while Alexa is reading out the list of Organisations.This shortens the time you need to wait to continue.
8. To end the session anytime in between, say “Alexa, stop”.
