Adding and Switching your Xero organisations

How to add and switch between Xero organisations

How do I add or switch between my Xero organisations.

  1. Log in to your Xero account and complete the authentification process.
  2. Once logged in, click the down arrow next to your company name (or the 3 horizontal lines if using a mobile) to open the options panel.
  3. In the options panel, click on the organisation you want to add if it is there.  If not, click "+ Add a new organisation".
  4. If adding a new organisation, complete the details in the 'Add your business' form and click appropriate option to continue.

 

Alternatively for Tania-voice users during a Tania session,  you can follow the steps below.

  1. At anytime during your your Tania session,  say "another organisation" .
  2. Alexa will then say "Here is a list of the organisations you have access to in Xero". As soon as you hear the number you want, simply say, “Alexa, (followed by the number) 1, 2, 3” etc.  I have also sent a list of the organisations in a card to your Alexa App."
